Making music is something that resides innately
in each person. It’s an activity families and other,
less formal social groups have shared since before history.
But in today’s society, schools play a key role in the
way people are introduced to music, develop a love for it,
and incorporate it into their future lives. Accordingly, schools
are also a major focus of AMC’s efforts to promote music
making and music education through funding, curriculum standards
and public awareness.
